About Us
How we Started
Our founder, Bill Holt, started Mailwise Solutions in his basement in 2008. Within the first two years of business, pizza menus slowly filled up every nook and cranny of his basement and a slow realization occurred. He either A.) moved the business to another location or B.) kicked his four kids out of their bedrooms to make space for more menus. It was then we moved to our current location at 2541 Schmidt Ln in Crescent Springs, KY.
Since moving to our current location, our business has continued to grow, and Bill has since “retired,” leaving Kevin to serve our customers as the new owner of Mailwise Solutions. Bill continues to work with some customers on a regular basis, alongside a growing team of customer service professionals.
Since then we have mailed over 200 million menus and counting. How cool!
Today Mailwise is still operated by Bill and his son-in-law, Kevin.

It’s true, we do not have uniforms. We work with paper and ink all day. In fact, most of us wear shorts and tee shirts most days in order to keep our “nice” clothes clean. However, we like to support our customers by wearing YOUR shirts. Send us 1 or send us 10 and we will pass them out to our staff!
